We will examine the condition of each product before shipping out to make sure it is in good condition. However, if there are problems with the items you received, we do accept return following our policy written below.

Items are returnable within 5 days from the date of receiving. Please make sure it complies with our policy below before making request for a return or exchange.


Important Notes:

- Items must be return in the good condition together with the receipt. Any of these missing, the return request will not be entertained.

- Customers need to submit the request within 5 days from the date of receiving, any request later than 5 days will not be entertained.

- Request must be submitted together with photo showing the problems of the item.

- Items must be sent out from customers side within 3 days upon successful request.

- Items can be exchanged with the same design and color only.

- We will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit by courier.



- Wrong items from what you have ordered.


- Customers who did not inform us and post the item back directly will not be entertained.

- Sold out items are not available for exchange.

- Sales items are not allowed to return or exchange for any reason except damaged items.



- Goods sold is not refundable. No refund for change of mind.
